1991: TTG was founded by a merger of A/S S. Thygesen (established 1931), Fascia A/S (established 1959), and Tytex A/S (established 1971)
1995: TTG acquires Femilet A/S.
1997: The activities of Fascia A/S are discontinued.
The industrial investment fund Axcel IndustriInvestor acquires 50% of the share capital in TTG.
2000: TTG acquires an ownership share of Müller Textil GmbH.
2005: Femilet A/S is sold to Eskild, Niels Laurits, and Soren Thygesen.
2006: Tytex A/S is sold to a consortium consisting of LD Equity and Jacob Holm & Sons STA.
2006/2007: Axcel IndustriInvestor and some family shareholders are bought out. The share capital of TTG is hereafter owned by the brothers Niels Laurits, Eskild, and Soren Thygesen.
2008: Niels Laurits Thygesen becomes sole shareholder of TTG.
