The entire share capital of Thygesen Textile Group is today owned by Niels Laurits Thygesen.

Niels Laurits Thygesen and his brother Eskild Thygesen were – together with their cousin Niels B. Thygesen – initiators of the foundation of Thygesen Textile Group in 1991 through the merger of three family-owned companies: A/S S. Thygesen (today named Thygesen Fabrics A/S), Fascia A/S, and Tytex A/S.
