Purpose
When you visit our website, we collect information about your browsing behaviour in order to collect statistics about website usage and to facilitate targeted marketing.
Legal Basis for Personal Data Processing
The personal data processing is based on legitimate interest, as regards balancing the interests of the parties. It is our assessment that the collection and transfer of website browsing behaviour data does not violate the fundamental rights of visitors.

Categories of Personal Data and Their Sources
We exclusively collect personal data in the form of IP addresses and browsing behaviour data (navigation on our website). We exclusively collect personal data that visitors volunteer.
Recipients of Personal Data
We transfer direct and indirect personal data to Google, LinkedIn, and Facebook. All of these companies are located in the United States. They all have data processor agreements, and it has been verified that they adhere to the EU-US Privacy Shield framework for regulating transatlantic exchanges of personal data.
Storage of Personal Data
The personal data that we store for the purpose of collecting statistics will be stores for 26 months by Google Analytics, after which time they are automatically deleted. Any data transferred to third parties are controlled by them and deleted at their discretion.
Automated Decision-Making and Profiling
The personal data that we collect are not used for automatic decision-making purposes, however, it is to be expected that Google, LinkedIn, and Facebook make significant use of visitor behaviour for internal profiling purposes.

Our website may contain external links to our partners’ websites or other websites. We do not assume responsibility for the content of such websites or their collection of personal data.

Transfer and Disclosure of Personal Information:
A number of external partners and services process personal data on our behalf. We have agreements in place with all such personal data processors in order to warrant the protection of personal data. It is a key element of our data processor agreements that personal data remain the property of the data controller (us) and are not used for unrelated purposes by any external party.
We employ data processors in the EU/EØS where possible in order to prevent transfer of personal data to third party countries. We do in certain cases employ data processors in the United States and Canada, however, provided that these data processors adhere to current GDPR provisions.
Registrants’ Rights
If you know or assume that we are processing your personal data, then you have a number of rights in relation to our data processing. The individual rights are explained below. If you want to exercise one of your rights, e.g. by asking us for confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning you are being processed, then please contact us via email at ttg@ttg.dk.
